Club House Rimini

The Club House Hotel in Rimini is a very nice, centrally located, and family-friendly hotel. It is accessible from the highway in about 10 minutes and is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly! Especially the lady at the breakfast buffet is attentive and makes excellent coffee. There is also parking available right at the hotel, but it costs 25€ per day. However, it is video-monitored and fenced. One small drawback is the nearby burger restaurant with extremely loud music.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with fellow travelers. Despite its promising online presence, the reality of this hotel fell far short of my expectations. First and foremost, the decor and overall appearance of the building were extremely outdated. It seemed like the hotel had not seen any renovations or updates in decades. The worn-out furniture, and lack of modern amenities left me feeling like I had stepped back in time. To make matters worse, the bed in my room was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress felt worn and saggy, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. This greatly affected my overall experience and left me feeling fatigued and restless throughout my stay. The biggest letdown was the pool. The pictures displayed online were deceiving, as the actual pool turned out to be located on the street. This not only made it extremely noisy, but it also raised safety concerns. Furthermore, the pool was far from clean and inviting. The overall maintenance was lacking, leaving me reluctant to take a dip. I would strongly advise prospective guests to carefully consider their options before choosing this hotel. The outdated decor, uncomfortable beds, unhelpful staff, and misleading pool situation make it difficult for me to recommend as a suitable accommodation choice. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these issues and strive for improvements in the future.

Although we canceled one room, they made us cancel the whole reservation and made it look like a favor. The price we paid was about 80 euros more expensive than their website, but they still didn’t accept to give us an upgrade. The automatic front door had to be manually rotated, the minibar was empty, the shower was defective and the pool is very close to the road, not really private. The room was clean, but very old and outdated. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, I would not recommend it to anybody.
